The phone techs are easily available and pleasant to deal with. I got a 2 year rate of $118 (payable up front) but think its gone up a little since then. If you google for the top ten servers, you can choose from similar hosting services. Or you can publish a small personal website through msn which is free. GEO cities (also free) was frustrating , with requirements and %26quot;turn off your pop up blocker demands%26quot; continuously.
